3.The feeding bin. The feeding bin of hydraulic briquette machine is made from stainless steel to be antirust and durable to use. At the end of feeding bin, there is a feeding observation window, which makes it convenient for operators to see the feeding situation.
4.The hydraulic system. It is the most important part for hydraulic briquette machine. It adopts Rexroth original hydraulic valve and Y3 series high quality motor to have stable performance.
5.The complete intelligent liquid temperature control system. When the hydraulic oil temperature excesses its top or bottom limitations, this system will automatically start/stop the cooling fan or electric heating system in order to guarantee hydraulic oil temperature.
6.Perfect pressure control system. The hydraulic system adopts overpressure protection. The operating touch screen displays the real time pressure of hydraulic system. The intelligent pressure switch can adjust proper pressure according to requirement.
7.Excellent fault alarm system. The hydraulic briquette machine is designed with overpressure alarm, temperature alarm, blockage alarm and abnormal pressure loss alarm. You can notice the faults by the alarming light color.
