Coal Briquetting Machine: Three Benefits of Clean Coal

The pulverized coal cannot be directly used in chemical industry production, so it can only be sold by $420/t, which causes great losses. If the coal is processed with composite adhesive by a coal briquetting machine, it only cost an extra $180/t for the adhesive. Then the total cost of making coal briquettes is $560/t, saving $170/t. So it is quite economic to make coal into briquettes.

The cleaned briquette coal gains much more environmental benefit than raw coal. Results show that addictive plays a major role of catalytic sulfation in briquette coal. However, by burning the cleaned briquette coal, it will reduce the coal consumption and the emission load of sulfur dioxide will fall 40％. What’s more, pollutants as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon will be reduced.
 
Third, social benefit:
Burning the briquette coal produced by pulverized coal briquette machine and mineral powder coal briquette machine not just improves environmental and air qualities, but also brings better economic benefit.
